Project Overview
The Inland Revenue Division project in St. Vincent involves the renovation of the ground floor of the IRD Building in Kingstown to accommodate a new government department. The project is being undertaken by the Government of SVG, in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport, Works, Lands, Surveys and Physical Planning (MTWLPP) and the Roads, Buildings & General Services Authority (BRAGSA), with ADS Construction contracted to complete the works. The renovation aims to deliver a modern, functional, and welcoming workspace for staff and visitors.
